The terms we work to — the same ones printed on the receipt you sign when you hand over a device.
Inspection and price
Checking a device costs 150 SAR, including VAT. It comes off your bill if you go ahead with the repair, so a repair you approve is never charged twice.
No repair starts until you have agreed the price. If we open a device and find the real fault costs more than the estimate, we stop and come back to you with the new price — we never pass the difference on without asking.
Warranty
Parts we fit carry a written warranty, printed on your invoice — 90 days on every repair, except screen (LCD) replacement which is 30 days. The warranty covers the part we fitted and the work we did on it.
It does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage after the repair, or a different fault in another part of the device. Bring the invoice and we will honour it without argument.
Courier pickup and delivery
We arrange courier pickup inside Riyadh and to other cities in the Kingdom. We quote the courier fee on WhatsApp before anything is collected — it depends on the city, and we do not add a markup to it.
Pack the device well. While it is with the courier it is covered by that courier's own liability terms, which are limited; if your device is valuable, tell us and we will declare a value for it. From the moment it reaches our bench until it leaves again, it is our responsibility.
Used Macs we sell
Every used Mac we sell is tested, its battery health is stated, and it carries a 90-day warranty on the hardware.
If you buy remotely and the device arrives not as described, tell us within 3 days and we take it back and refund it in full. A change of mind is not a fault: once the device is as described and working, the sale stands, though we will always help you sell it on.
Devices left with us
We hold a repaired device for 30 days after we tell you it is ready. After that it stays with us at your risk, and we may charge storage. We do not sell or dispose of anyone's device.
If you decide not to repair, the device is yours to collect at any time — you pay only the inspection fee.
Tax invoices
Every price on this website includes 15% VAT. Ask at the counter and we issue a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice with your company's VAT number on it.
