Often, yes — a loose keycap or clip can be replaced on its own. Butterfly keyboards (2016–2019) usually need the whole top case, and we tell you which applies before any work.
How long does a MacBook repair take?
Batteries, software and cleaning are usually done the same day. Screens and logic boards usually take 1–2 days, depending on part availability.
Do I need an appointment?
No — you can walk into either branch. Booking ahead on WhatsApp lets us have the part ready, which often makes it a same-day job.
