FAQ
Questions about MacBook Screen Replacement
Will True Tone still work after a screen replacement?
On models from 2018 onwards we keep True Tone working whenever the part allows it. If a particular panel would lose True Tone, we tell you before we fit it.
Can you replace only the glass?
On Retina MacBooks the glass and the panel are bonded into one unit, so the whole display is replaced. That is also why the result looks like new.
How long does a MacBook repair take?
Batteries, software and cleaning are usually done the same day. Screens and logic boards usually take 1–2 days, depending on part availability.
Do I need an appointment?
No — you can walk into either branch. Booking ahead on WhatsApp lets us have the part ready, which often makes it a same-day job.
